School holidays are coming up next week here in Brisbane and once again, I’ve been invited by the Brisbane Powerhouse to run the free children’s art programs for their Powerkidz festival.
It’s always a fun, albeit crazy time at Powerkidz and this year I’ve come up with two free community art activities for the littlies to get messy with. The first week will be a Graffiti Wall …
The second week will be the Magic Paint Wall ~ With watery paints, crayons, candles and lots of mess.
The Powerkidz festival really is a fantastic arts festival for children and there’s so many activities that are both creative and educational for kids – View the lovely, full colour Powerkidz festival guide here.
In other news, I’ve got another market day coming up. YAY! This one is at the very lovely St Augustine’s Church grounds in fancy Racecourse Road, Hamilton (Brisbane).
I just found these stackable clear shelves that will be great for displaying my new tea sets and mixed media artworks at the upcoming markets. Busy couple of weeks ahead!
If you’re in Brissie of the next few weeks, make sure you pop by and say ‘Hi’.
Love C xx
